Custody of dog removed from Granada man
Acting as if dealing with a child, a judge in Granada withdrawn the custody of a dog for two years, and awarded it to the local animal protection association, Amigos de los Animales.
The owner of the collie type dog has already been served two 720 € fines accused of the ill-treatment of the animal.
The sentence is thought to be the first of its type in Spain.
