Granada youth fined for Graffiti
A youth who painted graffiti on the metal shutters of a butcher’s shop in Granada, writing the words ‘They sell dead animals here’, has been found guilty of causing material damage.
His fine was linked by the judge to the cost of cleaning the graffiti and set at 360 € in fine plut 650 € compensation to the owner of the shop.
It’s the first time that the concept of damage has been used to prosecute a case of graffiti in Andalucía.
