Spain Weather - Monday March 8 2010

There will be a brisk fall in temperatures across much of the country today, bringing fresh snow to low lying areas of the country. In Cataluña the snowline could be between 100 and 200m.
The Spanish Meteorological Agency has announced rain, heavy and persistent in places, and occasionally accompanied by storms, for the Barleares and Cataluña. The snow line on the Baleares will be 600m

Along the Costa Cálida and Blanca light showers, moderate at times and clearing from the north to south over the morning, except in Andalucía where the rain will continue and be heavy until the end of the day.

The rest of the country will see showers, clearing later in the day.

On the Canaries it will be cloudy with the possibility of showers.

Contining unsettled wth rain in most areas across the country until at least Friday.
