British travel agents meeting in Palma
British tour operators are predicting a slight improvement in the numbers of British tourists who will come to Spain this summer compared to last.
The President of the STA/ITO association of British travel agents and tour operators, Brian Moxley, made the prediction speaking in Palma de Mallorca yesterday. He noted the recovery in the British economy and the improvement in the pound rate against the Euro.
The STA/ITO are currently holding their annual congress on Mallorca, an event which has attracted 150 travel agents.
