Father lets his nine year old son take the Quad on the road
Police in Navarra have informed the juvenile prosecutor after stopping a nine year old driving a quad bike on the NA-134 road.
Reports indicate the child said he was older than he was and that his father said he had permission to take the vehicle.
The Government in Navarra reports that it happened on Saturday, at a routine road control, and that the child first accelerated and then changed direction when he saw the police. The vehicle belongs to the father.
