British tourists arrive by boat in Cartagena
Some 2,000 British tourists took a walk round the streets of Cartagena on Wednesday after the liner ‘Oceana’ docked in the town.
A statement from the local Town Hall said that many of the visitors went to the Roman Theatre while others visited the Port or went shopping.
Two hostesses from Tourist Offices handed out maps of the town to the passengers as they disembarked.
This month five more cruise liners will visit the town.
