Woman stabbed to death in her home in Cádiz
A 55 year old woman, Mercedes Tello Cela, has been found dead in her home in Cádiz, with more than 30 stab wounds, including a deep one to the throat.
The husband who was on a trip to Madrid called relatives worried that she did not answer the phone. Her body was discovered by her nephew.
Police say that the woman must have allowed entry to her aggressor as there was no forced entry, and that they have not ruled out any possibilities in the case. Neighbours say they heard nothing.
It appears the house had been turned over, but there was nothing obvious missing.
