Alicante baby dies in domestic tragedy
A tragedy in Alicante on Wednesday, where a baby has died in a fall down stairs when in her father’s arms. The 54 year old father is diabetic and fainted while carrying his daughter, Carmen, who had only been born four days before.
After the accident emergency health workers and the National Police rushed to the home, and the baby, which had suffered a blow to the head was taken to Alicante General Hospital where she died two hours later.
Both the parents have been treated for shock.
