Police find marihuana plants on the Internet
National police in Córdoba have arrested a 24 year old woman for growing marihuana. Named with the initials M.C.J.L., she was discovered after uploading photos of the two metre tall plants to an Internet social networking site.
It’s the first time in Spain that photographs on an internet profile have been used to make an arrest.
The plants recovered had a weight of about six kilos and could have represented a worth of about 20,000 € on the street.
