Russian wanted in connection with 156 deaths is arrested in Barcelona
The owner of a Russian discotheque in the city of Perm where 156 people lost their lives in December 2009 when a firework display went wrong has been arrested in Barcelona.
The man, Konstantin Mrykhin, fled from Russia after the tragedy, and is wanted by the Russian authorities. He faces a ten year prison sentence there for negligent homicide.
