Thomas Leeds was 19 when he was hit by a car and suffered traumatic brain injury, which left him with no memories of his childhood and lack of facial recognition. He had a breakthrough over ten years later when he listened to The Waterboy’s 1985 hit ‘The Whole of the Moon’, triggering flashbacks that changed everything. He has now become passionate about creative writing and has written a fantasy adventure story for 8-12 year olds, about a boy who wakes up with no memory.
