Cormac is an 11 year old schoolboy from Lancashire. During lockdown he recorded a video on YouTube of him singing ‘Danny Boy’ for his grandmother in Belfast, as it’s her favourite song. This led to him being discovered by Decca Records, and he now has an album out for Christmas! 11 year old Cormac is the youngest ever solo artist to be signed to this label, whose past and present recording artists include some of the greatest names in music history. ‘Hear my Voice’ is a collection of Cormac’s takes on a variety of classics from Pie Jesu and You Raise me Up, to Fields of Gold and Run…and of course Danny Boy.
