Mike Gayle became a full-time novelist in 1997 following the publication of his Sunday Times top ten bestseller ‘My Legendary Ex-Girlfriend’ Since then he has written 14 novels including ‘Mr Commitment’ and ‘The Man I Think I Know’, which was a selection of the Zoe Ball Book Club on ITV. He has sold over 100,000 ebooks alone! His latest novel ‘Half a World Away’ is about four strangers with nothing in common…but it wasn’t always this way.

J.P. Carter is the pseudonym of a bestselling author who has also written sixteen books under the names Jaime and James Raven. His latest novel ‘At Your Door’ is a DCI Anna Tate thriller in which she is plunged into a high-profile investigation involving a prominent MP.

Angie Kim moved as a preteen from South Korea to the suburbs of Baltimore. She attended Stanford University and Harvard Law School. Her stories have won various prizes, and she has now published her debut novel ‘Miracle Creek’. It was inspired by her own experiences as a Korean immigrant, a trial lawyer, and a mother of an H-BOT patient.

Jessica Andrews teaches Literature and Creative Writing classes, and co-runs literary magazine The Grapevine, which aims to give a platform to under-represented writers. Her debut novel ‘Saltwater’ explores the complexities of mother-daughter relationships, the challenges of shifting class identity, and the way the strongest feelings of love can be the hardest to define.
