There will be a Christmas Market in Altea from the 7th to the 10th December 2017. The market, known in Spanish as the Mercat Nadalenc, will be located in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, where there will be a selection of stalls selling a range of festive goodies

The traditional lighting of the Christmas Tree will take place on the 1st of December, where you will be welcomed with a glass of mulled wine and you’ll be able to visit their many stalls with artisan, gourmet products and Christmas gifts.
At 19:00pm each evening, Santa Claus will arrive at the Kempinski Hotel to switch the Christmas Tree Lights on, making this moment an even more magical one.
The entrance for this event is FREE of charge!

Casa de Santa Claus
You can visit the house of Santa Claus in the Parque de la Ereta (the park just below the Castle) where it will snow everyday! There are activities and games for the children (charged for by time), music and of course the opportunity to see Father Christmas (free). This can be visited from the 6th to the 23rd December from 12:00 to 20:00 and on the 24th & 25th December from 10:00 to 14:00.
Ice Skating
The temporary 390m2 ice skating rink is located in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento from the 1st December to the 7th January.

Toboggan Run
The temporary 35 meter long Toboggan Run is located in the Plaza de la Montaneta from the 2nd December to the 7th January.

CHRISTMAS MARKET – PUERTO BANUS
Christmas is just around the corner and Puerto Banús will be opening The Christmas Market from the 6th of December, where you will find all sorts of exclusive decorations and daily entertainment. The ideal place to get into the Christmas mood with friends and family.
You will find all sorts of goodies and chocolate shops, this special event will take place until the 6th of January, giving you enough time to make the most of this Christmas!

Switching on Christmas Lights in Maklaga 2018 on 30 November 17.00 – 23.00
Marbella Adventures are offering a magical day trip to Malaga for the switching on of the Christmas lights plus markets and street concerts.
Christmas magic fills every corner of Malaga every year. One of the most important ingredients of this season is a host of Christmas concerts held in the streets of the city. The historical centre of Malaga hosts most of these shows, capturing the attention of visitors and locals alike. Violins, guitars and flutes are just some of the instruments that can be heard at the foot of the Alcazeba, in the Plaza de la Merced or on the long Calle Larios.
Arrive at the pick up points 15 minutes before time – 17.00 Iceland in Puerto Banús and 17.30 at Dona Lola in Calahonda.
Tickets are €20.00 per person.
